AgentBridge

Keep context synced across AI coding agents

AgentBridge keeps your project context portable across Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity. It captures decisions, files, commands, tests, and remaining tasks into a shared memory layer, then injects the right context when you switch agents. Instead of re-explaining what happened in the previous tool, each agent gets a compact handoff layer for the same workspace. Currently macOS (Apple Silicon) only.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt — I built AgentBridge because switching between AI coding agents kept breaking my workflow.

Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity are each useful in different situations, but the context handoff between them is still manual. Every switch meant re-explaining project state, decisions, and what had already been tried.

AgentBridge solves that with a shared project memory layer.

Decisions, files, commands, tests, and next steps are captured once and automatically injected into the active agent, so switching tools no longer means losing context.

I’m also working on a longer-term memory layer on top of this. Instead of only carrying context between agents within a single task, it gradually builds up recurring project decisions and conventions, then resurfaces the relevant ones when an agent needs them.

Still early, but this is the direction I’m most excited about.

Currently available (macOS / Apple Silicon only):

• Desktop app + releases
https://github.com/h-taek/AgentBridge

• VS Code / Cursor extension
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=h-taek.agentbridge

• Open VSX (Cursor / VSCodium)
https://open-vsx.org/extension/h-taek/agentbridge

If you use multiple AI coding tools in the same codebase, I’d genuinely appreciate your feedback.
