Hey Product Hunt, I built Agent Relay for the annoying moment when an AI coding session hits a rate limit, loses context, or needs to move from one agent to another. It’s a local-first CLI that lets you hand off coding work between Claude, Codex, and Gemini while keeping the session history, decisions, files touched, checkpoints, and validation state intact.
