Coding agents as pets that live on every page in Chrome
Each Claude Code, OpenCode and omp session becomes a pet that walks along the bottom of Chrome. See which agent needs you, approve its commands and reply from any tab. Runs on your computer: no account, no cloud. $6 one-time.
If you run a few coding agents at once, you know the feeling. You look away for a minute, and one of them has been stuck on a permission prompt in a terminal you weren't watching.
Agent Pets gives each Claude Code, OpenCode and omp session a little pet that walks along the bottom of your pages in Chrome. A capsule above it shows what it's doing (Thinking, Your Turn, Allow Bash?, Done), and when it needs you, it bounces. Click it to approve the command or send its next message, right from the tab you're on.
My favourite part: you can turn your own cat into a pet. Upload a photo, crop the face, pick a body colour, give it a name, and it joins the others.
It all runs locally. No account, no cloud, and your code and prompts stay on your machine.
The launch price is $6 one-time (regularly $25). One license covers 3 browsers, and there's a 7-day refund if it's not for you.
Honest limits: it's not on the Chrome Web Store yet, so setup is npx getagentpets init plus one Load unpacked. omp approvals still happen in the terminal. Auto-start and auto-update are macOS-only for now; on Linux and Windows you start it with npx getagentpets start.
I'd love to hear how setup goes for you, and which agent you'd like next!

Who hunted Agent Pets?
Agent Pets was hunted by Aryan Thakor. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
