Agent Ops Club
8 open source AI Employees, plus the club to run them well
Eight open source AI Employees, MIT licensed, on GitHub today: GTM Engineer, SEO, Web Dev, Social Media, Ad Manager, Sales, Customer Satisfaction and Chief of Staff. 59 scheduled routines that run on your own machine, on Claude Code or 10 other agents, and draft everything for your approval. Agent Ops Club is where you learn to run them, free to join. Pro and Lifetime add the Masterclass, 27 premium systems with a resale license, Sales Tools, and Hot Leads: up to 15 claimed leads a month.
Today I am open sourcing the eight AI Employees that run my business, and opening the Agent Ops Club, the membership I built around them.
What an AI Employee is
An AI Employee is a folder of scheduled routines that covers one whole business role. It runs on your own machine, on the AI agent you already use, and briefs you every morning. It drives your browser and your PC the way you do, and when a page changes it fixes its own instructions on the run that hit it and tells you what changed. Every routine drafts, fills and stages by default. The last click is yours until you release a channel in writing.
The eight roles, MIT licensed, nothing held back
GTM Engineer, SEO, Web Dev, Social Media, Ad Manager, Sales, Customer Satisfaction and Chief of Staff. 59 routines between them, every schedule in the repo. Windows, macOS and Linux. Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes, OpenCode, Grok Bot, Codex, Antigravity, Pi, Cline, Qwen Code and DeepSeek.
Install is two steps. Download a kit, then open your agent in that folder and say "Install the GTM Engineer from this folder." It researches your business from your website, builds its dashboard, schedules its own routines, and stops once to show you its first drafts.
My advice: hire the one role covering the work you are furthest behind on, make it reliable, then decide whether you need a second. The GTM Engineer has the longest production history. It has worked my own launches every weekday since August 27.
The employees are free forever. The club is where you learn to run them well and turn that into income.
Free account, no card: all eight AI Employees, the Hire Your First AI Employee walkthrough, the first two Masterclass modules in full, the free public trainings and the calendar, and Agent Ops Chat at 10 messages a day.
Pro, $99 a month or $349 a year, adds:
→ The full Agent Ops Masterclass, 9 modules and 47 lessons with a certificate, from your first agent to your first paying client.
→ The Product Pass: 27 premium systems, apps and SaaS with a resale license. Deploy them for clients and keep every dollar.
→ Premium member events and their replays.
→ The Sales Tools, for selling implementation and managed operations with no revenue share.
→ Agent Ops Chat at 100 messages a day, an advisor that has read the whole club.
→ The App Builder, 2 builds a month: full stack starters, web apps and AI Employees.
Lifetime is $499 until October 31 at 11:59 PM Eastern, then $999. One payment, everything in Pro yearly, 5 builds a month, every future system, and premium AI Employees included as they ship. The first premium one, a Data Analyst, lands in October.
I am here all day. Ask me anything about how the routines are built, what broke along the way, and which role I would hire first in your business.

Agent Ops Club was hunted by Mark Fulton. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
