Agent CRM
Headless CRM for Claude Code
Let Claude run sales for you. Claude needs a source of truth but existing CRMs are too hard for Claude to work with. Their MCPs torch your context window, every action is a network round-trip, and you blow through your usage limits. Solution: Agent CRM. Headless, scriptable, with a CLI for Claude to interact with.
Hey my name is Enrique and I'm a software engineer turned founder. I was running a full time discovery process (50 conversations in one month) and tracking all my conversations in a Google Sheet and using Claude to help prep and extract insights.
Around 30 convos in, my Google Sheet fell apart. I started losing track of who I needed to follow up with, who was waiting on me and what I learned in each conversation.
We've tried Hubspot and Attio in the past but as someone who lives in claude code / codex all day building the last thing I wanted was a bloated MCP that was going to torch my context window and slow me down.
So I built Agent CRM. The premise: agents work best on files. So it's a portable .acrm file - SQLite under the hood, git-style change history on top. Claude reads and writes it directly through a CLI.
Out of the box: an Attio-style flexible data model (people, companies, deals), pluggable transcript providers (Granola today, drop an adapter in for Otter/Fireflies/Fathom), and skills like prep-call, post-call, and follow-up. Claude can write new skills against the CLI in seconds.
There's also a Mac app for when you want to actually look at the data — review what Claude just imported, scan your pipeline, edit a record by hand. Same .acrm file underneath, so the CLI and the app stay in sync.
It's open source. If you ever walk away, the file is just a SQLite DB. Your data is right there.
Would love your feedback - bugs, feature requests, "why didn't you just use X." All of it.
