Note takers give you a list. Afterparty does the list. Paste a transcript or connect your note taker, and agents draft every email, message, invite and CRM note in the right app, with context from your tools. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Isak, and I built Afterparty.
The meeting was never the hard part. The hour after it was.
Every good call ends with promises. "I'll send the recap." "Let me check with Dana." "I'll put it in the CRM." My note taker wrote them all down, and then the list just sat there while the next meeting started.
So I built a small crew of agents to do the list for me:
→ Paste a transcript, or connect Fireflies, Fathom, Zoom, tl;dv, Google Meet or Gong
→ Afterparty finds every action, even the ones said in passing
→ The agents read your email, calendar and Slack first, so each draft goes to the right person, in the right thread, and skips what you already did
→ You get ready drafts in the right app: Gmail or Outlook emails, Slack or Teams messages, calendar invites, HubSpot or Salesforce notes, Notion docs
→ You approve, edit or dismiss, one at a time
One rule I never bend: the agents can't send, post or change anything. Every item waits for your click, and an approved email lands as a draft. You still press send.
It writes in the language the meeting was held in, asks when something is missing, and learns from your edits, so the drafts start to sound like you.

Who hunted Afterparty?
Afterparty was hunted by Isak Tapper. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community. I'd love your honest take on two things:
1. Which action from your meetings always slips?
2. What should the agents draft next?
I'm here all day and will answer every comment.
