AEYES
Turn inspection photos into a client-ready report, on site
Take photos as you walk the house. AEYES drafts every finding, files it in your report and waits for your approval, so the report is done before you leave the driveway. Booking, agreements and payments are built in. First inspection free, no card.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Sven, and I design AEYES.
Travis, our CEO, is a home inspector. For years his days ended at the kitchen table late at night, turning the day's photos into a report. The hard part was never finding the defects. It was the writing afterwards. So he called me, and together we built the tool he wanted to use himself. That became AEYES. Chris, who spent a decade in home inspections and now coaches inspection companies, joined us too. He's building out the office side and looks after our customers.
Here's how it works. You take photos as you walk the house. For each photo, AEYES drafts the finding: what it is, which system it belongs to, how serious it is and what to recommend. Then it files the finding in the right section of your report. Between rooms you approve, edit or reject the drafts, and nothing goes to the client until you've approved it. When the last finding is approved, the report is done: a web report, a PDF and a client portal.
The office side is in there too: booking, agreements, payments, and Ask AEYES, your personal assistant. Tell it what you need, and it does the clicking.
AEYES is made for home inspectors in the US, working alone or with a team. Your first inspection is free, no card needed.
Two things we keep debating, and I'd love your take:
1. How far would you let AI take the process? It already drafts and files every finding. Should it ever approve one on its own?
2. How do you balance control with ease of use? Each approval keeps the inspector in charge, but it's also one more tap. How would you make reviewing dozens of findings quick without making it careless?
I'll be around all day to answer questions.

Who hunted AEYES?
AEYES was hunted by Sven Read. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
