AegisDesk
AegisDesk: Zero-token, ultra-low latency semantic IT agent
Enterprise Autonomous IT Intelligence — A deterministic, multi-agent LangGraph swarm with ACID-compliant graph memory for the modern Service Desk. - sitanshukr08/Aegisdesk
Hey Product Hunt community! 👋
I am Sitanshu Kumar, the creator of AegisDesk.
Most modern IT automation agents rely heavily on constant, token-heavy LLM API calls. While powerful, this approach introduces significant latency bottlenecks and high operational costs for routine infrastructure workflows.
I built AegisDesk to solve exactly that. It functions as a zero-token semantic IT agent. By utilizing local semantic routing and intent matching, it bypasses traditional LLM parsing bottlenecks for standard workflow, executing tasks in under 5ms.
Core Features:Zero-Token Architecture: Drastically reduces reliance on external LLM tokens for standard execution.
Ultra-Low Latency: Sub-5ms routing for rapid IT automation and operations.Local Semantic Routing: Hardens data privacy and stability by processing intent matching locally.
The project is open-source, and you can check out the source code, contribute, or drop a star on the repository here: github.com/sitanshukr08/AegisDesk
I would love to hear your feedback, thoughts on the architecture, or any feature requests you have for IT automation workflows! I'll be hanging out in the comments all day to answer your questions.

Who hunted AegisDesk?
AegisDesk was hunted by Sitanshu Kumar. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
