Adi.fit
Fitness App for Busy Parents & Pros
Free macros, workout log, and challenges. Coach Adi is in the app when you want him. Built for busy parents and pros.
I'm a canfitpro-certified personal trainer and a dad of two in Ontario, Canada. I became a dad at 35 and decided I wanted to keep up with my kids for as long as I can. I got certified, then went to the research itself, because most of what I found online had nothing behind it. I logged my lifts in one app and my food in another, and I couldn't find one app with everything I needed, like a TDEE worked out from my real weight and food, and progressive overload by reps or weight. So I built Adi.Fit. It's the app I use every day.
What it does:
• Log every set as you lift. Last time's weight and reps are already filled in, and the rest timer starts on its own.
• Track calories and protein: search, scan a barcode or quick add. Setup works out your starting numbers from your details and your goal. Each week the app checks your target against what you logged and weighed, and changes nothing until you say so.
• A free challenge every month. December's starts Dec 1: 2,400 reps by Christmas Eve, counted from the workouts you finish. Nothing to type.
• Coach Adi, an AI coach built on how I coach. It reads your own log before it answers. Ask "how much protein do I have left today?" and you get your number. Tell it what you ate or lifted and it drafts the entry.
• Coach Adi can find what you told it in earlier chats, and Settings shows what it remembers, so you can delete any of it.
Free: the workout log, macros, the free programs, every monthly challenge, and 10 coach credits to start, topped up to 10 each week while you're active. Adi Pro adds more programs, Smart progression (it suggests when to add weight or reps), photo meal logging and more coach credits.
What would help me most today: try it for a day, then tell me where it got in your way, or what would make you open it again tomorrow. Honest beats nice. I'm here all day.
