Hi Product Hunt! I built Adapt because I wanted to capture emotions in the moment instead of staring at a blank journal page at night. The starting point can be one text: “Had lunch with an old friend. I missed this.” You text Taylor, the automated journaling companion, in Messages. That text starts a conversation, and the conversation becomes a journal entry. You can read, edit, and expand the entry in the app. Memory needs controls. You choose which entries Taylor can recall, and you can review, correct, or remove saved memories. Adapt is available on iPhone. Texting is a paid feature after introductory access. I’d love feedback on the step from conversation to journal: does the entry preserve what mattered to you, and what would you change?
