Actium
Turn any self-help book into small tasks you do today
Pick any self-help book. Each morning, one chapter becomes 2–3 small tasks to do today, in the author’s order. It was created because the author noticed that most self-help books get read, then forgotten. Actium turns them into action.
Hey Product Hunt I’m Sviat, and I’m building Actium on my own.
That gap is what Actium is for. A book like Atomic Habits or Meditations doesn’t pay off while you read it. It pays off when you do one small thing from it, again and again. So Actium skips the summary and goes straight to the doing:
• Pick any book and answer a few questions about your life. Your plan is built from those answers, in the order the author wrote the book.
• Each day, one chapter becomes 2–3 real-world tasks, each with a one-line reason. Never “read chapter 4”.
• Seal the day at night, and tomorrow’s tasks open in the morning.
• Keep the tasks that work as daily practices, and talk to a mentor (an AI written in the manner of a figure from history or myth) who answers what you write.
One thing I chose on purpose: Actium paces you to about a chapter a day. A book you binge in a weekend is forgotten as fast as one you only read.
It’s iPhone only, and every new account gets 15 days of everything, no card.

Who hunted Actium?
Actium was hunted by Sviat. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
