Actium

A pre-built AI workforce — hire it, don't build it

Actium is a pre-built AI workforce: 15 ready-to-hire agent workflows that stand in for whole job functions — receptionist, SDR, social media manager, SEO specialist, executive assistant, and more. Each one works on day one, no prompting or building from scratch, and runs for a fraction of what the same role would cost to hire. Stay in control with a Go/Yield/Stop system — when an agent isn't sure, it escalates to a human instead of guessing. Hire your first agent in minutes and start free.

Actium was inspired by a real operational pain we were living ourselves. One of our founders runs a portfolio of websites generating 15M+ monthly visits and was constantly dealing with the same problem: keeping content fresh, backlinks managed, and sites optimized required large ongoing spend on virtual assistants and periodic manual work. We felt there had to be a better way to do this live, continuously, and at scale. That fit early internal discussions around building better SEO/content tooling, reducing dependence on patchwork WordPress workflows, and creating something more native to agentic execution. The problem we were solving was the gap between what high-traffic websites need and what existing tools actually do. Most tools surface reports, but they still rely on humans or VAs to go implement changes, revisit backlinks, update pages, and keep everything current. That model is expensive, inconsistent, and too slow for fast-moving sites. Our goal became building a system that could monitor, prioritize, and execute those workflows on an ongoing basis instead of as one-off maintenance cycles. That evolution also shows up in the team’s shift from “SEO tools” toward a broader managed AI services / platform approach. Our process evolved from internal experimentation to a commercial launch. We started by exploring WordPress, Ahrefs, and AI-driven content workflows, then tested the concept on real sites as a proving ground. As we worked, the idea matured from a tool for internal efficiency into a customer-facing managed AI platform, including agent workflows, alternative data integrations like DataForSEO, and a sellable product experience. That is consistent with Actium’s public positioning today around AI-powered workflow execution rather than simple reporting.

Who hunted Actium?

Actium was hunted by Pete Patterson. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
