I wanted a native macOS app that made it quick to test foreground and background colours, understand WCAG results and experiment with accessible alternatives without relying on a browser-based checker. ACT is completely free, runs locally and does not require an account or subscription. Feedback is very welcome, particularly from accessibility specialists, designers and developers.
