Who hunted aChordion?
aChordion was hunted by Nikola Vlahović. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community. Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built aChordion because sharing chord charts with a band always turned into a mess of screenshots, PDFs, and "wait, which version are we playing?" messages. I wanted one place where a band could keep its songs and set lists together.
With aChordion you write songs in plain text (ChordPro), transpose to any key or set a capo, and perform from a full-screen stage view that scrolls itself. You can share a library and set lists with your bandmates, and one subscription covers the whole band - no per-seat fees. Writing and performing your own songs is free forever.
Would love to hear your feedback, especially from anyone who plays in a band!
