AAMA

Fund accounting for PE & VC, without the complexity

Fund administration and fund accounting software for mid-market PE and VC fund managers and boutique fund administrators in Singapore and APAC — capital calls, NAV, IFRS 9 / SFRS(I) 9 accounting, an LP portal for fund managers and SPV administration, without enterprise complexity.

Top comment

We built AAMA because we saw a frustrating pattern in the APAC region: mid-market PE/VC fund managers and boutique administrators are completely underserved. They are either stuck wrestling with rigid legacy enterprise systems that take months to deploy, or drowning in error-prone, manual spreadsheets. We wanted to change that. AAMA is designed to bring modern, fast, and intuitive software to fund administration without the enterprise complexity.
