I'm 19 and already struggle with neck and back problems because of college and office work. Gym sessions or physio visits could help, but they take time and money most of us don't have to spare regularly. So I built 9-5 Reset that reads your schedule or Google Calendar (read-only) and only nudges you with short neck/back/posture exercises during real gaps between meetings. The idea is that consistency over intensity may save bunch of your time and money.
