I’m Shinya, an independent creator from Japan.
I built 52–17 Focus because 25-minute Pomodoro sessions often felt too short for me. Just when I was getting deeply focused, the timer would interrupt my work.
So I created a simple timer based on a longer rhythm:
• 52 minutes of focused work
• 17 minutes of proper rest
• Daily task management
• Cycle goals
• A monthly focus calendar
• No registration required
Everything is stored locally in your browser, and the app is free to use on both desktop and mobile.
My goal is to create a simple tool that helps people focus deeply without making productivity feel complicated.
