4 Rings is a Mac app that produces a a mixed methods academic article about you, a study of one, through an innovative journal‑based research instrument. I’ve made my own, 712 day study of one available at 4rings.app. This is twelve years of research, made useful, honouring the Strathclyde's (Europe's MIT) motto "a place of useful learning".
