Hi Product Hunt, I'm Max, I built Silentfrog.
Every website relaunch ends with the same chore: a spreadsheet of old URLs, a spreadsheet of new URLs, and an afternoon matching them by hand so the rankings and backlinks survive. I did that a few times too many.
Silentfrog crawls both sites (links, sitemaps, robots.txt, or a URL list you paste), matches every old page to a new one by slug, title and H1, and gives you a table sorted worst-match-first. Redirect whole directories in one rule, re-map single rows from a searchable picker, import Search Console clicks to see what matters, undo anything. Then export the redirect list in the spelling your importer wants: Webflow, Shopify, Redirection, Yoast, Rank Math, Squarespace, .htaccess, nginx.
A few deliberate choices:
- The crawl runs in your browser. The server only fetches batches of HTML, so there is no account, no job queue and no database holding your URLs.
- Priced per relaunch, not per month. You relaunch a site every few years; a subscription would fit nobody.
- Free up to 50 pages, which covers most small sites completely.
- There is a Mac app for staging sites behind IP allowlists or on localhost, and a Webflow Designer extension that pushes redirects straight into site settings.
