Notion excels as a knowledge management and project documentation platform where users can organize projects, meeting notes, research, and databases, but it's not good for task management. Todoist, on the other hand, is excellent for personal task management, offering features such as NLP, quick task capture, recurring tasks, reminders. I have built 2Todoist to bridge this gap, sync tasks on Notion to Todoist to manage and reflect status of tasks on Todoist to Notion.
