Recruiters and founders often spend hours jumping between LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, Boolean searches, and spreadsheets just to build a decent candidate list. We wanted to make that much simpler. With 27 Labs, you can paste a job description, a hiring post, or simply describe the kind of person you want to hire. We then search across LinkedIn, GitHub, and 30+ public sources to surface relevant candidates, including passive talent that may never appear in a normal search. Our goal is simple: spend less time sourcing and more time actually talking to great candidates.
