How it evolved: it started as a simple idle game about growing one garage. But the moment I saw other founders' buildings appear next to mine, I realized the town was the real product, not the game. So I kept adding reasons to hang out together: live presence, a café where you literally sit at the same table, a leaderboard where the #1 founder's flag flies on the boats on the river, and a billboard where founders can promote what they're building.
