In another life I spent a few years in the music industry as a recording artist signed to a major label. During that period I learned a lot. One of the things that stuck with me was that when you would send off your music to someone in the industry, they almost never got back to you. I spoke to some very major artists who even experienced the same thing, so I knew it was a real problem. Fast forward several years and I have built Songbox. Songbox lets you share music privately and securely and gives you amazing analytics on engagement eg who listened, to what tracks and for how long. Songbox is now used by Grammy winning artists and multi platinum producers, as well qs major record label, management agencies, Ivy League universities and even music industry superstar Bryan Adams liked the product so much that he is now a co-founder.
